Preparing artwork…
Visual reference only, not a color proof or a ready-to-run white ink channel. Confirm ink order, spot-color names and file interpretation with your printer. SVG contains a registered raster mask, not vector cutting paths.
Separate color from white ink
Open a transparent PNG and set its printed width. Preview how it looks on light and dark surfaces, then choose where white ink should sit underneath. Download the color artwork and white reference as separate files with matching dimensions.
Will this create a production-ready white ink channel?
No. The mask describes the coverage you want, not a supplier’s spot-color or RIP configuration. Ask your printer which file format, channel name and ink order they need. The check sheet helps explain your intent; it does not certify the result on a real material.
Why does a clear area stay clear?
Artwork transparency is preserved. Matching transparency leaves holes open, while solid white uses the alpha threshold you set. Imported masks and brush corrections can deliberately place white in otherwise clear areas. Surface colors are preview-only and are never included in the artwork PNG.
What is kept on this device?
Drafts remember settings and mask corrections, not original photo bytes. Save a project ZIP to include the source PNGs. Each input is limited to 25 MB and 24 megapixels. Outputs are limited to 12 megapixels. No images are sent to a server.
