Your set, ready to check.

RGB artwork. Confirm size, bleed and transfer settings with your supplier; make one physical sample before a full batch.

A finished pair, without laying out a sheet by hand

    1. Measure the blank. Choose a round, square or rounded shape. Set the finished size and the bleed your supplier requests.
    2. Edit the front and back. Add a photo, crop it inside the shape, and change the text. Duplicate a piece or choose several photos to create a matching set.
    3. Download and test. The set keeps every front next to its matching back. Check the PDF contact sheet, then send the separate artwork files to your print provider.

    Before printing

What is included in the ZIP?

Each piece has separate front and back PNG and SVG artwork files. A size list records the physical dimensions, bleed, resolution and back orientation. A separate shape-reference SVG shows trim and safe outlines. The PDF is a scaled, labeled contact sheet with a 100 mm ruler, not a duplex print template. PNG density metadata is not promised; use the size list when importing files.

Will the photos be stretched or cut off?

Photos keep their proportions and fill their frame by cropping. Use crop zoom and focus to choose what stays visible. The finished-shape preview shows the trim; the artwork includes extra bleed outside that edge. Enlarging a photo does not add detail, and low-resolution sources are flagged.

Does the back need to be mirrored?

Not always. The default keeps both sides as designed. Select a mirror only if your supplier's process needs it; the preview and downloaded back then use that same orientation. The check PDF is not a guarantee of front-to-back registration on a printer.

    Are these manufacturer-approved sizes?

No. The examples are custom measurements. Coatings, sublimation, heat transfer and cutting processes vary. Use your manufacturer's template and make a sample. These are RGB files, not certified production files or PDF/X output.

    Where are my photos saved?

Photos stay in this browser session and are never uploaded. Text and settings are saved on this device. Save project downloads a private ZIP with the original images so you can reopen everything later. Start over clears this tool's saved draft after confirmation; it does not delete your downloaded files. Opening the website still makes ordinary page requests.
