PNG tiles form one image after reassembly. Your supplier may require a single file; check before ordering.
A measured design, not a guessed fit
- Measure your blank. Set width, height, corner radius and the space needed for stitching.
- Edit your artwork. Add local photos, change the words and keep key details inside the safe guide. Use alignment controls for a clean layout.
- Check your download. Open it at the listed dimensions and confirm your supplier’s process. Make one physical sample before a production run.
About the files
Why does a large PNG come in tiles?
A very large image can exceed a browser’s canvas memory. This tool draws bounded pieces with exact pixel positions. The ZIP includes every numbered tile and a size list. Reassemble them without scaling, gaps or overlap. These are image parts, not a ready-to-use supplier file or a home-printing poster.
Do SVG and PDF keep vectors?
Text is outlined with the registered production fonts, and geometric shapes stay vector paths. Photos keep their original pixels and are clipped and positioned in the artwork; they do not become vectors. The actual-size PDF is separate from the scaled Letter design check. Output is RGB, with no PDF/X or supplier certification claim.
Can I make a small photo sharper?
More output pixels cannot add real photo detail. The quality check uses the source photo at its actual cropped print size. Use a larger original, make the photo smaller on the mat, or confirm a lower required resolution with your supplier.
What are the limits?
Up to 100 layers, 25 MB and 24 million pixels per input image, plus session memory limits. Numbered PNG sets are limited to 256 million total pixels and 128 MB of encoded tile data. A single PNG is limited to 24 million pixels and a 16,384-pixel edge. Over-limit downloads are refused with a message, not silently reduced.
Where are my photos saved?
They stay in this browser session and are not uploaded or automatically stored. Text and settings are saved on this device. Save project downloads a private ZIP containing original photos. Opening the website still makes ordinary page requests. Start over clears the local draft after confirmation.
