No. Secure randomness selects the result first; the wheel animation provides a clear, enjoyable reveal.
Can the same person win twice?
Turn on no-repeat drawing to prevent repeats within one draw. Remove winners to keep them out of later draws too.
Are names saved?
No. The list and winners are kept only in the current page session.
Can I use this for regulated drawings or gambling?
No. It is an everyday classroom, team, and decision helper, not an audited system for legal contests, lotteries, or gambling.
