Arrange and size your booklet

1. Arrange your pages

Open or drop PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files. PDF: up to 50 MB. Images: up to 25 MB and 24 million pixels. Up to 200 pages and 20 original files per project.

Keep your pages in normal reading order here. The print file places them in folding order automatically.

2. Choose the paper

Sheets are landscape. Long-edge mode rotates each whole back side 180°. Download the test sheet before using your own paper.

Page inset & binding compensation

Also called creep compensation. The outer sheet stays centered; each inner sheet shifts a little farther toward the fold, up to your measured maximum. Extra clearance keeps complete artwork inside each half-sheet. Start at 0 and verify a folded paper sample.

An extra count adds blank pages. It never removes your content.

Opening the local example…

Why do the pages look out of order?

A booklet is printed two pages per side, with four reading pages on every sheet. The back cover and front cover sit together on the outer sheet. The print file is ordered outer front, outer back, inner front, inner back. Blank pages are shown explicitly and never replace your content.

How do I check my printer’s two-sided setting?

Printer feed and duplex behavior vary. The test sheet includes TOP arrows, four page labels and a 50 mm ruler. Print it at actual size, fold it, and confirm every page faces up in reading order. Manual paper refeeding is specific to your printer.

Original PDF content stays vector where it already is vector. Whole pages fit inside the inset without cropping. PDFs with annotations, links, forms, scripts, encryption or unusual page scaling must be flattened or unlocked before import. This is one nested saddle-stitched section, not perfect binding or multiple signatures. Physical production and supplier acceptance have not been certified.
