A few things worth knowing before you download.
Do I need a different source photo for every social platform?
No. Start with one good photo, then give each format its own crop and position. A square post, vertical story, thumbnail, and wide banner can all use different framing without changing the original file.
What does a safe area mean?
It is the part of the canvas where faces, logos, and words are less likely to be covered or cropped. Apps can still display a file differently by device and placement, so use the guide as a practical starting point.
Does the safe-area guide appear in my download?
No. The dashed guide only helps while you edit. It never appears in the JPG, PNG, or ZIP.
Are platform names or logos added to my image?
No. Platform names only label the size picker. Your download contains your photo and chosen background, with no HandyPebble watermark or platform branding.
Why might a platform crop the image differently later?
Apps change their layouts and may crop the same file differently in a feed, grid, profile, or television view. Leave a little breathing room around anything important.
Can I download several sizes at once?
Yes. Check the formats you need, choose JPG or PNG, and download them together as a ZIP. Each file uses the crop you set for that format.
Does HandyPebble upload or store my photo?
No. Your browser opens, edits, and exports the image on this device. You do not need a social account or a HandyPebble account.
