Does a U.S. gallon equal an Imperial gallon?
No. This tool labels U.S. liquid gallons and Imperial gallons separately because they have different volumes.
Why does the result show fewer digits?
The display removes meaningless trailing zeroes and limits very long decimals. Internal calculations retain greater precision.
Can I use this for regulated or engineering work?
