Preparing your example…

Drag to move. Arrow keys move 1 mm; Shift moves 10 mm.

Keep clearNumbers identify the files in your download.

Ready to place, one decal at a time.

Spacing checks use conservative 0.25 mm cells, including faint image edges. Leave a little extra space if a close fit is flagged. Your supplier determines white ink, adhesive and transfer settings.

From loose artwork to a finished cup

    1. Measure the surface. Enter the cup circumference and height. Mark the top, bottom, seam and handle areas you need to leave clear.
    2. Place each decal. Add your own images or edit the example. Keep the artwork separated, group related decals, and turn the cup preview to check the arrangement.
    3. Download and test. The ZIP keeps each decal separate and includes a numbered placement guide. Print the ruler at 100%, measure a sample, and confirm the transfer process with your supplier.

    Before you make a batch

Is this a UV DTF print-ready RIP file?

No. You get artwork and a measured placement reference. White ink, adhesive layers, transfer films and machine settings are specific to your provider. This tool does not generate those channels or certify a production workflow.

    What is in the download?

A transparent PNG and an SVG artwork file for each decal, a CSV/JSON size list, a placement-outline SVG, and a PDF guide. Text and geometric artwork stay as paths in the artwork SVG; photos remain embedded pixels. Placement outlines follow occupied 0.25 mm cells and are not precision die-cut paths. Use the size list when importing PNG files; a density metadata tag is not promised.

    What if decals overlap?

Move or resize the flagged decals, reduce the requested gap if appropriate, or remove a duplicate. The check follows visible artwork rather than treating transparent corners as printed material. Empty decals and artwork in the reserved bands also need attention before download.

Will this work on a tapered or curved cup?

This layout is for straight-sided cylindrical surfaces. It does not compensate for taper, compound curves or a particular brand's cup. Check your supplier's template before using a placement guide.

Are my images saved or uploaded?

Your images stay in the current browser session and are never uploaded. Only settings and text are automatically saved on this device. Save project downloads a private ZIP with the original images so you can reopen it later. Opening the site still makes ordinary page requests.
