Make a design your own

  1. Choose a template

    Start with a finished design. Use the Template menu to choose a layout for your flyer, sign, postcard, or business card.

  2. Add your details

    Replace the sample text and photos with your own. Check the address, price, dates, and contact details before downloading.

  3. Download or print

    Use Download PNG for an image, or Print or save PDF for a print-ready page. The preview fits your screen; it does not change the finished size.

Helpful tips

How do I change text colors and effects?

Open Advanced controls and choose a text layer. Adjust its font, size, or Text color. White outline and Glow behind text can help colored text stand out over a photo; white text starts without those effects. You can turn either effect on or off.

How do I replace or reposition a photo?

Select the photo in the preview, then use Replace this image in Advanced controls to choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP. Adjust Image size and the position sliders to frame it. Fill the frame crops the edges when needed; Show the whole image keeps the entire photo visible.

What should I check before printing?

Review every line of text and test any QR code in the downloaded file. Match the paper to the design size. For exact physical dimensions, select Actual size or 100% in the print dialog, rather than Fit to page. Printer margins can affect edge-to-edge artwork; check the print preview first.

Where is my work saved?

Draft changes save automatically for each template in this browser on this device. Your photos and edits are processed locally. Download a finished copy before clearing browser data. To start over, open Saved work and choose Clear this template draft.
