Search in either direction
Enter a five-digit ZIP Code or three-digit Area Code for an exact match, or start with a city and optional state abbreviation to find the codes used there.
Useful location context
ZIP results include the place, state, likely time zone, and approximate coordinates. Area Code results show the numbering region, time zones, overlay codes, service date, and coverage examples.
Ready after the first download
The reference files are saved in the browser and searched locally, so repeat searches work offline and do not send query text to HandyPebble or a third-party search service.
Clear limits instead of false certainty

A publisher checksum list becomes one clear answer
Version 1.6.25File Checksum 1.1.0 can now verify several downloads against a publisher’s checksum list without uploading the files or the list.
Verify a full release at once
Load a common SHA256SUMS, .sha256, .sha384, or .sha512 text file, then see which local files match, differ, or are not listed.
Common list formats work
GNU-style and BSD-style checksum lines are recognized, and the matching SHA algorithm is selected automatically.
Single checks are easier too
Paste a bare checksum or the publisher’s whole checksum line. Duplicate file selections are skipped, individual files can be removed, and the selected result remains available for manual copying if browser permissions block the copy button.
Still entirely local
Files, lists, calculated hashes, and comparison results remain in the browser session and are not uploaded.

JSON formatting stops changing the difficult parts

Special names such as __proto__ remain ordinary JSON data, while arrays continue to keep their original order.

Editing the source immediately clears the old result, resets its statistics, and disables output actions until the current JSON is checked again.

The image keeps the federal-holiday limitation and HandyPebble source visible instead of exporting a number with no explanation.
